Computer & Internet Requirements

 

System

• MacOS Big Sur (11) or later
• Windows 7 or later
• If recording video, use a computer with 8 or more processing cores

 

Computer Browser

• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• Use the latest version of the browser and DO NOT use Incognito/Private mode.

 

Storage

• Recommended having at least 5GB of FREE space.
• If you plan to record for more than 1.5 hours during one session, check to see how much temporary storage space your browser can access.

 

Internet Connection

• Recommended using a connection with a download speed faster than 10 Mbps and an upload speed faster than 5 Mbps.
• Test your internet speed here.
• Run a Pre-Call Test in your browser here.
• For best results, turn off any network firewalls or VPN.

 

Mobile Devices

 

iOS

• iPhones and iPads with iOS 16.0 or later (minimum)
• iPhone X or newer recommended
• 2017 iPad models or newer recommended

 

Android

• Android devices with Android 7.0 or later (minimum)
• Android 10.0 or newer recommended
• Chromebooks and other tablets are not yet supported

 

Storage

• Please note: Mobile browsers like Safari cannot be used to record. This also includes the Edge and Chrome mobile browsers.

This interview will be recorded. It is up to you if you want your video to be shared alongside mine. Should you choose to share your video, please feel free to make yourself beautiful or glam yourself up or be as comfortable and casual as you would like. I will share the content with you for your personal use/content creation.
